2. Diamond Valuation -We include a written valuation on all purchases of diamond jewellery, diamond solitaire jewellery and coloured stone jewellery, plus a free annual cleaning service on all jewellery items over £1,000 (does not include repairs, unless item is faulty).
   
   
3. Delivery of Jewellery - Your order will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery, fully insured by us with no additional charge. For UK mainland only, overseas delivery of diamond jewellery, diamond solitaire jewellery and coloured stone jewellery by arrangement only.

Jewellery Returns - If you are not entirely happy with your purchase of diamond jewellery, diamond solitaire jewelley or coloured stone jewellery, you can return the goods within 14 days for a full refund or exchange goods within 30 days. For your own benefit, we suggest you return your goods by hand or via Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure you have proof of delivery and the items are insured in transit. Earrings can only be returned if not worn. Any special orders or non-standard sizes of diamond jewellery, diamond solitaire jewellery and coloured stones jewellery, cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is faulty.
