On September 28th Sotheby’s Auction house in New York will be hosting the sale of Important Jewels. The most famous piece of jewellery featured at this auction is a platinum and diamond pendant necklace by famous designer Harry Winston. The diamond pendant has a pear shaped diamond weighing in at a massive 10 carats with an amazing D colour and IF clarity. The diamond hangs on a very traditional necklace round brilliant diamonds and more pear shaped diamonds. The pre-sale estimate is for between $1M to $1.5M.
Also on auction is a 18 carat diamond ring with a fancy intense yellow diamond. This ring has a pre-sale estimate of $400K to $600K. Other jewellery items at the auction include a diamond platinum necklace with 50 carats of diamonds, a platinum and diamond bracelet and a pair of platinum and diamond earrings.
