Diamond Engagement Rings from our 'Design Your Own Ring' service and Wedding Rings are normally available for delivery within 7 working days.
We have many Eternity Rings in stock but if we have to make one especially for you, it can take up to 3-4 weeks.
We have around 1500 items of ready made up Diamond Jewellery and Gemstone Jewellery in stock so these items are normally available for delivery within 5 working days.
If you would like to confirm if your chosen item is in stock, please call 0800 977 4855 prior to placing your order online. If you place your order and the item is not in stock, we will contact you immediately to either offer you a full refund, or we will make the item especially for you - please note that this can take 3-4 weeks.

| Items for delivery within the UK are sent free of charge by the Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service. This service requires a signature to confirm receipt so please ensure that somebody is available to sign for the package.

RETURNS
We recommend that you return your goods by hand or via Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure the items are insured in transit. Please make sure that you obtain proof of postage and that the items are returned in the condition as first sent, with gift packaging and tags. Jewellery must not have been worn. Earrings cannot be returned and are not included in our 30 day money back guarantee. Items showing signs of wear and special / bespoke orders cannot be accepted for return.
Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return. Returns are not accepted for Groupon and KGB deals.
The refund amount will be the purchase price minus payment processing fees. The refund will be made using the same mode used when purchasing the item. |
