For your peace of mind, Diamond Rocks offers a 30 day money back guarantee or exchange on online orders. The item must be unworn and in the same condition as when first purchased. Diamond Rocks will assess any returned items to verify that they have been returned in the original condition and a refund will only be issued when this has been confirmed by Diamond Rocks. Earrings cannot be returned - sorry. Antique & Second Hand jewellery must be returned within 7 days. The money back does not apply to the Kid's Jewellery range - these items can only be exchanged within 7 days. Any orders from our 'Design Your Own Ring' service or bespoke orders including specially ordered eternity rings cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is faulty (see below for our 'Design Your Own Ring' Guarantee).
'DESIGN YOUR OWN RING' GUARANTEE
We understand that when you want to surprise your loved one with an engagement ring, there can be potential issues that you didn't plan for or are out of your control. For example, your loved one would like another style of ring or in the worst case the proposal is not accepted. In these situations, Diamond Rocks will allow you to replace the engagement ring for another piece of jewellery of an equivalent value. We will give you one free ring resize (if required), we will professionally clean your engagement ring free of charge, once in the first year of purchase and provide a free insurance valuation.
