1. The Contract

• Diamond Rocks must receive payment for the entire price of the goods before your order can be accepted, and the contract formed. Diamond Rocks acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us on the terms set out in the Terms & Conditions.

• Diamond Rocks are entitled to withdraw from any contract in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the goods and price appearing on our web site.  It is the customers responsibility to read these Terms & Conditions prior to checking out.  By checking out, it is assumed that the customer has agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
  
  
  
  

2. The Purchase

• To ensure that your credit, debit or charge card is not being used without your consent, we will validate name, address and other personal information supplied by you during the order process against appropriate third party databases. 
  

• In performing these checks personal information provided by you may be disclosed to a registered Credit Reference Agency which may keep a record of that information. This is done only to confirm your identity. A credit check is not performed and your credit rating will be unaffected. All information provided by you will be treated securely and strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

3. Guarantee

• The Diamond Rocks Money Back Guarantee
  For your peace of mind, Diamond Rocks offers a 30 day money back guarantee or exchange for all diamond jewellery and coloured stone jewellery as long as the item is in the same condition as when first purchased.  Diamond Rocks will assess any returned items to verify that they have been returned in the original condition and a refund will only be issued only when this has been confirmed by Diamond Rocks.  Earrings cannot be returned.  Any special orders or non-standard sizes of diamond jewellery, eternity rings and coloured stone jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is faulty. 
  
  
• Our Unique Design Your Own Ring Guarantee
  We understand that when you want to surprise your loved one with an engagement ring, there can be potential issues that you didn't plan for or are out of your control. For example, the ring size can be incorrect, your loved one would like another style of ring or in the worst case the proposal is not accepted. In these situations, Diamond Rocks will allow you to replace (or free resize) the engagement ring for another piece of jewellery of an equivalent value.
  
  
• Diamond Guarantee
  If the diamond you have selected from the Design Your Own Ring process is not available, we will try our best to offer you a diamond of an equivalent or better quality stone for the same price. You will be informed if this is the case and you are under no obligation to continue with the purchase.

  4. Returns

• All returns must be made within 30 days for money back or exchange and the goods must be in the same condition as when first purchased.  Earrings cannot be returned. Any special orders or non-standard sizes of diamond jewellery, eternity rings and coloured stone jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is faulty.  Returns are not accepted for Groupon and KGB deals.
  
  
• We recommend that you return your goods by hand or via Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure the items are insured in transit. Please make sure that you obtain proof of postage and that the items are returned as first sent, with gift packaging and tags. Jewellery must not have been worn. Your statutory rights are not affected.
