Delivery & Returns


Diamond Engagement Rings from our 'Design Your Own Ring' service and Wedding Rings are normally available for delivery within 12-15 working days. Urgent orders can sometimes be accommodated sooner - please contact us.

We have many Eternity Rings in stock but if we have to make a bespoke ring for you, it can take up to 3-4 weeks. We also have around 1,500 items of Diamond Jewellery and Gemstone Jewellery in stock so these items are normally available for delivery within 5 working days.

If you would like to confirm if an item you have selected for purchase is in stock, please call 0800 977 4855 prior to placing your order online. If you place your order and the item is not in stock we will contact you immediately to either offer you a full refund, or we will make the item especially for you. Please note that this can take 3-4 weeks.

We will be more than happy for you to Visit Us in Hatton Garden if you would like to see any jewellery. Items for delivery within the UK are sent free of charge by the Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day service. This service requires a signature to confirm receipt so please ensure that somebody is available to sign for the package. If you require a more discreet service, you can visit us in Hatton Garden.

We deliver outside the UK using our preferred courier which is fully insured. Please call or email for prices. Please note that we will not accept orders from the following countries due to an increase of fraud: Indonesia, Ukraine, Yugoslavia, Lithuania, Egypt, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Morocco, Vietnam, Russia, Pakistan, Malaysia, Nigeria, Israel, Iran, Cameroon, Gambia and Ghana.


We hope you are very happy with your purchase from Diamond Rocks but understand that there may be occasions when you need to exchange or refund your jewellery.

We recommend that you return your goods by hand or via Royal Mail Special Delivery to ensure the items remain intact while in transit. Please retain proof of postage and ensure you have appropriate insurance cover as Diamond Rocks cannot accept responsibility for any items sent by customers that are lost in transit.

Please ensure that items are returned in the original condition as first sent, with gift packaging and any tags. Jewellery must not have been worn. Earrings cannot be returned and are not included in our 30 day money back guarantee. Items showing signs of wear and bespoke orders cannot be accepted for return.

Items received after 30 days will not be accepted for return. Refunds will be made using the same mode used when purchasing the item. All items are the customer's responsibility until received by Diamond Rocks.
