This pendant has a stunning natural trillio cut aquamarine in the centre approximately 6.86ct, surrounded by a halo of round brilliant cut diamonds.  The diamonds are approximately 0.44ct in total and are also beautifully set in the bale of the pendant.  Set in 18ct white gold, the width of the pendant is 16.60mm by 24.90mm.  This exquisite pendant necklace can be worn daily or on any special occasion.
