Refund Policy
Our 30 Day Refund Policy
For your peace of mind, Diamond Rocks offer a 30 Day Money Back refund or exchange on orders. Earrings are excluded and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. In order to receive money back or an exchange on a purchase, the item must be unworn and in the same condition as it was when it was first purchased. All paperwork must also be provided. Diamond Rocks will assess the state of all returned items and will issue a refund only once the item has been confirmed by Diamond Rocks. Any bespoke jewellery or items created by the Design Your Own Ring service cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is faulty (see below for our Design Your Own Ring refund policy).
Design Your Own Ring Refund Policy
We understand that there may be times when you create an item of beautiful jewellery to give and it doesn’t work out as planned. For example, you may create an engagement ring and your loved one would prefer a different shaped diamond, style or type of metal. In these cases, Diamond Rocks will allow you to exchange the jewellery for another piece of jewellery of equivalent value or higher value (difference to be paid). Please email us for steps on returning any items.
Diamond Replacement Policy
If the diamond you have selected from the Design Your Own Ring service is not available, we will offer you a diamond of an equal or better quality for the same price. We will let you know if this is the case and you will not be obligated to continue with your purchase if you do not want to.
Ring Resize Policy
If needed, we will give you one free ring resize as long as the ring is three sizes larger or smaller than the original size at order. There is no time limit as to when you can do this.
